Description
The
CAM SimpleCopy command creates a non-parametric copy of a given path.
introduced in 1.2: The command can combine multiple selected operations into one simple copy.
Usage
- Select one or more CAM objects.
- Press the
Simple Copy button

- The simple copy is not bound anymore to the path that was used to make the copy, and is not parametric. Therefore, when edited with the CAM Inspect tool, any change made to its G-code will be retained.
- Multiple selected operations must use the same DataCoolant Mode and DataTool Controller.
- introduced in 1.2: SimpleCopy can also copy operations that contain commands without using the standard CAM operation base class.
CAM
- Basic Operations: Profile, Pocket Shape, Face, Helix, Adaptive, Slot, Drilling, Tapping, Engrave, Deburr, Vcarve
