Description
A launch lug is a small tube attached to the side of the rocket that allows the rocket to be guided using a rod until it is fast enough to be aerodynamically stable.
Usage
- There are several ways to invoke the command:
- Press the
Launch Lug button. - Select the Rocket → Launch Guides→ Launch Lug option from the menu.
- Double click on a Launch Lug object in the Tree view.
- Press the
- Set options and press OK.
Properties
Launch Lug
- DANEInner Diameter: The diameter of the inside of the launch lug
- DANELength: The length of the launch lug
- DANEOuter Diameter: The diameter of the outside of the launch lug
