Description

The Curves TruncateExtend tool cuts a shape and truncates or extends it by a given distance.

Select a shape and a plane or only a plane in a PartDesign body.
There are several ways to invoke the tool:
- Press the Truncate Extend button.
- Select the Surfaces → Truncate Extend option from the menu.
A Truncated_Extend object is created.

Input Objects

Settings

DataDistance (Distance): The distance to truncate (if negative) or extend (if positive)
DataRefine (Bool): Refine shape (clean up redundant edges)
DataReverse (Bool): Reverse cutter plane normal
