Description
The 
BIM Leader tool creates a leader line, a Wire object with an arrow symbol at the last selected point. The tool is supposed to be used in conjunction with the BIM Text tool to create annotations in BIM projects.
Usage
- There are several ways to invoke the tool:
- Press the
Leader button. - Select the Annotation → Leader option from the menu.
- Use the keyboard shortcut: L then E.
- Press the
- The Leader task panel opens.
- Pick the first point in the 3D View, or type coordinates and press the
Enter Point button. - Pick additional points in the 3D View, or type coordinates and press the Enter Point button.
- Press Esc or the Close button to finish the tool.
Notes
This tool is based on Draft Wire.
