Description
Creates custom fields by evaluating specified expressions operating on the existing fields.
Possible applications include converting the results to different units, creating safety factor plots and transforming to cylindrical coordinates (using proper formulas).
Usage
- Select a previously created result pipeline or another filter.
- There are several ways to invoke the command:
- Press the
Calculator Filter button.
- Select the Results →
Calculator Filter option from the menu.
- Enter Field Name (name of the custom field being created).
- Enter the expression. Add the existing field names and mathematical operators manually or select them from the drop-down lists.
- Optionally, check the Replace invalid data box to define replacement value (0 by default) for invalid operations.
- Click Apply to create and display the new custom field.
